EXCHANGES & RETURNS

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ITEMS?

All products ordered from Pantra can be exchange/return them within 7-10 business days.

 

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to support@pantraofficial.com or by calling at +92-321-0222-885.
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item or wrong article from our end is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at support@pantraofficial.com, within 3 days.
  • There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has tampered.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • The product cannot be exchanged or returned without the original packaging, except courier company packaging.
  • Packs: packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so they may be returned partially or individually.

The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.

In case you have received a wrong or damaged article, we will get your article picked and will bear the courier charges.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount refund in your account.
